Privacy

Desk is a personal planner used by a single person, its owner. It is not offered to anyone else.

What Desk reads

• Gmail, read-only (gmail.readonly), to find emails that need the owner's action. Desk never sends, deletes or changes mail.
• The owner's published calendar feeds.

What Desk keeps

Short summaries of emails that need action, plus the owner's own tasks, stored in Cloudflare's European region. Email bodies are deleted once sorted. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.

Sharing

Nothing is shared, sold or used for advertising. Email text is sent to Anthropic's Claude only to sort it, under the owner's own Claude account.

Removing access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; Desk then deletes its stored token.
